TARTALSKY--Florence R. Age 95, passed away quietly April 4, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Harry and loving mother of the late Michael and Marcia, daughter of the late Max and Ethel Rubins. She was devoted to her grandchildren James Seth Sternberg, Jeffrey Arthur Sternberg, Brian Howard Tarr and Hilary Sternberg Gilbert. She will be remembered lovingly by her dear sister Charlotte R. Bloomberg, her nephew Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, her niece Marjorie R. Tivin, her son-in-law John Sternberg, her daughter-in-law Janice Tarr and her five greatgrandchildren. Services will be held April 6th at Mount Moriah Cemetery Chapel, Fairview, NJ at 2:00 PM.
