Mrs. Lawrence Finnison died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph Hull, one and one-half miles north of Dimondale, Saturday at 10 a.m. The funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.

22.03.1854 The Balgheim community office writes to the Spaichingen district office that Franziska Winzler wants to emigrate to America. The details are as follows:
1.Franziska Wenzler, unmarried from Balgheim, catholic.
2.She wants to emigrate to New York.
3.The reason for her emigration is the expected increase of her income.
4.She exports 100 fl. which will be sufficient travel funds, and her cloths.
5.Wendelin Wenzler, mason here, is a warrant for possible debts which may be claimed after the emigration.
6.The emigration is not supported by public funds.
7.The emigration is expected to be a benefit.
The community does not know an obstacle against the emigration.
23.03.1854 Decision by the Spaichingen county office: The emigration permission is to be granted to unmarried Franziska Wenzler from Balgheim, aged 23.
22.03.1854 Franziska Wenzler, unmarried daughter of mason Wendelin Wenzler, wants to emigrate to New York in North America. She signs a document to resign her Württemberg citizenship. Wendelin Wenzler is a warrant for her debts and signs, too. The community certifies that Wendelin Wenzler is able to serve as a warrant.
21.03.1854The Balgheim parish office issues a birth certificate for Francisca Wenzler, b. 20 Sep. 1831 and baptized the same day, a daughter of Wendelin Wenzler, mason here, and of late Rosa Villing. Sponsors were Martin Wenzler and Franziska Wenzler, both of Balgheim.
